
Sometimes I will get in a workout mood. I just really really wanna feel that burn and air suckage out of my lungs. Usually when I get in this mood, I'll peruse Youtube and find workout videos that I can do in my room. And I'll spend a good 20-25 minutes watching videos, writing down what to do and getting all excited. After all this writing and watching skinnier, prettier, healthier people show me what they do 3x a week mixed with a sensible diet, I'm tired. Just watching these women kick, jump, burpee, and run in place makes me feel like I, in fact, kicked, jumped, burpeed and ran. I am actually satisfied with myself after this. Like a weirdo that doesn't get that I live in the real world, not the vicarious one. I'll even gulp down a 20 oz water and say "wow, that was good".WTF is wrong with me? And then after this, I decided to write a blog about it. So now, maybe I will in fact do what I wrote down and actually be sweaty instead of imaging being sweaty.
