Food Diary

So this week starts the crackdown. I'm starting a food diary and will keep track of what I eat, with a general description of calories/fat/sodium/protein. Today I started Jillian Michael's 14 day Detox & Cleanse.

Day 1: Monday, Feb 22
10am: 2 detox pills

1030am: 1/3 Homemade pizza on whole wheat dough (high fiber, low carbs) with turkey pepperoni, tomatoes, spinach, 2% mozz cheese, grilled chicken and olive oil

330pm: handful of pistachios

6:30pm: 2 detox pills

7pm: 1/3 Homemade pizza on whole wheat dough (high fiber, low carbs) with turkey pepperoni, tomatoes, spinach, 2% mozz cheese, grilled chicken and olive oil

1030pm: 1 pickle spear with splenda

I have to say, I felt a lot less bloated today. I drank 3 glasses of water and 1 diet coke all day too. Drinks count.
