Ok let me preface this by saying I am not staying on track. I'm all over the place.
11am: 2 Detox pills (these are apparently loaded with caffeine so I've been taking them in morning/afternoon instead of night)
1230pm: Chicfila 8 ct chicken nuggets with fries and 3 chicfila sauces
2pm: 2 Detox pills
630pm: handful of mini rice cakes
8pm: 1 mini kitkat
10pm: chicken alfredo pasta
Wednesday and Thursday are the WORST days for eating, bc I get home from class around 10 and am starved. And then I ate my roommate's leftovers which included enriched white flour. uhoh.
