Ugh, I felt sick today. It might have to do with the fact that I had to be up at 7am to observe a teacher at Moultrie Middle. Well this screwed up my day.
715am: 2 Detox pills
730am: 1 waffle with peanut butter (carbs=ew, peanut butter=energy)
10am: handful of pretzels (oh no more carbs)
1230pm: 1 mini bag doritos from vending machine (fat, carbs, FAT)
2pm: 2 detox pills and a nap
4pm: uhoh I don't feel good. Migraine, stomach nausciousness
830pm: 1/2 whole wheat pizza with turkey pepperoni, grilled chicken, olive oil, 2% mozzarella, tomatoes & spinach
Drinks: Diet mt dew, 3 waters.
I wouldn't say that today was a good path to follow......but I did do some videos from Netflix instant queue in the workout genre....for about 20 minutes.
