Food Diary Day 2

Ok here we go!

11am: 2 Detox pills

11:30am: 1/2 Jimmy Dean's Delights Breakfast Bowl (lots of protein, but way too much sodium, felt really bloated afteward)

2:30pm: 4 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies and 1 simoas Girl Scout Cookie

645pm: 12 sushi rolls with crab, shrimp, mayo and spicy sauce, low sodium soy sauce

8pm: 2 Detox pills

Drinks: 2 glasses water, 12oz diet mt dew, 1/2 Sappora Beer

This day I felt really bloated bc of all the sodium. Sushi was also made with white rice and the soy didn't help.

Will be better tomorrow. Also didn't work out. boo.
