Since Julyish of 2008, we have stored 2 beach chairs in the walkway from our apartment to the next apartment. They have not moved in 8 months. That's almost a baby. And I come home today to find a note that states the following..."VIOLATION The location of these personal items is in violation of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Please remove them or they will be removed for you" Obviously they didn't find these for EIGHT MONTHS. It wasn't that big of issue until now? Why is that? And why is it that this f'er can park his truck in his boat spot while he's on his boat so his spot will be saved when he returns. Oh ok, so that is ok? Or what about the 14 year olds that sneak into the pool area and take up ALL the chairs and don't know any members? Or the people that let their dogs shit all over the tennis court?
I think that is more important than my damn beach chairs hidden behind a separation. F the HOA.

HOA's suck in general. Next time the guy with the boat leaves, put your chairs there.
I was going to recommend shitting on the tennis court, but that would be awkward for a first comment.
