Wow. What a horrible movie. If you take every single stereotype of a lonely, pathetic girl and a horny man, you have a movie called He's Just Not That Into You. First, the premise is complete and total common sense.
1. If he's not calling you.....
2. If he's not sleeping with you....etc.
That makes total sense, what girl actually thinks if a guy is not calling her that he's A. busy B. on vacation C. out of town on business D. lost her number E. is scared of her success blah blah blah. But the movie housed a good number of actors/actresses that I like, so I figured it would be cute and I'd give it a try. uh, what a waste of time.
The following 3 things are inevitably what will happen if you go see this.
1. You will hate Scarlett Johanson's character
2. You will yell "whore, slut, idiot, loser, is he serious, what is her problem, who does that, who says that, i can't believe i paid $7 for this, oh no, why is she even in the movie, that never happens, unrealistic, oh so cheesy, really?!?!
3. You will hate that this will probably give unrealistic hope to girls everywhere and thus not helping anyone.
Go see a movie that matters, like Slumdog Millionaire (saw it twice), or rent a critically acclaimed film.
