Usually when I'm irritated I bitch to Amy or Sarah or Holly or better yet Adam who kind of just keeps doing what he was doing with occasional nods in between. This pet peeve however, I must bring mainstream.
Target makeup. As in, makeup designed especially for Target by the following people: Sonia Kashuk, Boots, Pixi, and Jemma Kid. I say this with all due respect, WHAT THE FUCK.
Jemma, let me ask you a question....if I have to shop at Target for a matte compact case, do you think I can afford $18 eyeshadow??? WTF. $22 eyeliner...really?? $36 face palette..holy shit. Know your demographic. Because I'm sure if I go to Target to get Charmin toilet paper on sale buy one get one free, 2 for $7 Pepsi, Orange Juice $0.50 off, I can guaran f'in T you that I don't have $20 to spend on a damn eyeshadow. Does this brand do well? I'm just curious what their sales figures are. Cuz I can't possibly imagine someone shopping at Target picking up a shimmery eye illuminator for the price of filling up their gas tank.
So I say, WTF Target, WTF.
